Faculty

The Department of History’s faculty members are teacher-scholars who are equally committed to education and to research. Thematically, we deal not only with politics and ideas, but also with society, popular culture, minorities, military affairs, and business. The courses we teach are designed to deepen our students’ understanding of such issues and sharpen their skills appropriate to a variety of graduate programs and professional career-paths.
