Faculty
The Department of History
consists presently of fourteen full-time teacher-scholars, who are
equally committed to education and to research. Thematically, we deal
not only with politics and ideas, but also with society, popular
culture, minorities, military affairs, and business. History serves not
only to deepen the understanding of such issues, but to sharpen the
student's skills appropriate to a variety of graduate programs and
professional career-paths.
